INDUSTRIES & INDUSTRIALISTS

This blog provides an insight of the thought process of people present in the dyeing industry through the interview of Mr. Sood. The business being run by him was started by his father, but he has expanded it further.
Main problems of the industry is facing

1)pollution as the punjab polution control board is sayin the dting units to set up RO plant wioth the initial investment of 2-3 crores which is bassically for these enterpenures as PPCB is not giving any claims about it..

2)labour as every industry is facing problem regardin the labour the same problem is there with these enterpenures..

Hosiery products are more demanded in winters but as the winters are not coming soon, the hosiery industry is impacted ,which inturn impacts the dyeing industry as well. The success of the organization depends upon the efficiency of workers and their motivation level. So,utmost care is taken that they are not facing any problem and they are not illtreated. For this, whatever concerns the workers have, they are listened and workouts are done accordingly. Mr Sood's views are such that we have to trust the people working under us.He says that the owner has to trust the workers because the workers are capable of taking descisions and doing the right things.By using his experience and depending upon the present market conditions,he suggests that if people want to come in this indutry as owners ,then they should do the bussiness either at a large scale or below the medium scale .If the business is carried out at large scale, then the profits are large and if it is done at small scale, then losses can be beared. But if it is done at medium scale, then it causes problems as the costs are not bearable at times (because the production can not be increased beyond a limit and it is not possible to cover up the loss).

Mr. sood is also floating in the same boat as we are when asked about the punjab government.....

I personally want to appeal the readers to come out and throw corrupt leaders who r letting down punjab the golden state....
